This Privacy Policy explains how Sheep Dog Security Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information about:

• Visitors to our website and online forms (“Site”), and
• Prospective and current clients in connection with our consulting and implementation services (“Services”).

This Policy does not cover data we process strictly on behalf of clients in their own systems (e.g., video footage, access-control logs). Those remain in the client’s environment and are governed by the client’s policies; we act at their direction.

You provide directly. Name, email, phone, company/role, project address, and message content; engagement materials you share (e.g., floor plans, post orders).
From your use of the Site. IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and timestamps; cookies as described below.
Payment data. We do not process payments on the Site.
Children. Our Site is not directed to children under 13.

• Respond to inquiries, schedule visits, and provide quotes.
• Deliver and improve the Services (assessments, design docs, proposals, coordination).
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site (analytics, troubleshooting, fraud prevention).
• Maintain records and comply with legal obligations.
• Send service-related communications and (if you opt in) marketing emails/SMS.

If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

Our Site may link to third-party sites or include third-party widgets (which may set their own cookies). Their practices are governed by their own policies.

We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
